Copper Air Cooled heatsinks

If you have the ability to use a forced air-cooled heat sink, we have the
best performance in the copper heatsink industry. Power requirements in
terms of power per square inch are increasing while space allotted for these
devices and their heat sinks is decreasing. With a thermal transfer rate
almost double that of a comparable 6063 aluminum heatsink, a copper heat
sink is an excellent choice for spreading heat quickly from the heatsink
base to the copper fins and into the surrounding air.

Whether using forced or even natural convection, copper's thermal
transfer ability allows for a smaller heat sink package size. All of our
copper heatsink products are manufactured to achieve the highest thermal
transfer between the heat sink base and fin stock. We offer two basic copper
heatsink design styles - single fin and folded fin.
